Deposits & Procedures

  • DEPOSITS

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment for all services, to be payed within 48 hours of booking.

    The deposit amount is equal to $20 per hour scheduled, and will be applied to your service total at check-out.

    Deposits may be payed via digital invoice that will be provided at time of booking, or through Venmo by request.

  • CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

    Life happens, and sometimes cancelling or rescheduling may be necessary.

    I kindly request a minimum of 36 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule requests.

    With 36 hour notice provided, your previously paid deposit will be applied to secure a future appointment when rescheduled at the time of cancellation.

    With less than 36 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a new deposit will be needed to secure a new appointment.

  • Please note that each non-refundable deposit applies only to its coinciding appointment. Multiple appointments may be secured with separate deposits, but only the deposit amount received for each appointment may be applied to the total of each service at checkout.

    In the event that I am unable to honor a scheduled appointment due to sickness or emergency, your deposit may either be reapplied to secure your rescheduled appointment, or returned to you.
